Service Agreement
G'day Paws LLP (UEN: T260421206), a limited liability partnership registered in Singapore (“G'day Paws”, “we”, “us”), provides pet care services including meet-and-greet consultations, daycare, boarding, and transport (“Services”).
This Agreement is entered into between G'day Paws and the individual who inquires or authorises the Services for their dog (“you”, “Client”, “Owner”). By clicking “I Agree” (or an equivalent acceptance button) below, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself and your dog (“Pet”), and agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not click “I Agree” and do not proceed with submission — you will not be able to complete a booking without accepting this Agreement.
1. Health, Disclosure, and Eligibility
1.1 Accuracy of Information. You confirm that all information you provide about your Pet — including health, diet, temperament, behavioural history, and medical history — is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to notify G'day Paws in writing of any change in your Pet's health or behaviour before each subsequent visit.
1.2 Vaccinations and Licensing. You certify that your Pet:
- Is up to date on all vaccinations required under NParks / Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) guidelines;
- Holds a valid AVS dog licence (where applicable); and
- Has not, to your knowledge, been exposed to any communicable illness in the 30 days before the visit.
You agree to provide proof of vaccination and licensing on request and before the first visit.
1.3 Right of Refusal and Early Termination. G'day Paws may, at its reasonable discretion, decline to accept or continue any booking, including where:
- Vaccination or licensing proof is missing or expired;
- The Pet shows signs of illness, injury, or untreated medical conditions;
- The Pet displays aggressive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour toward staff, other animals, or the public; or
- Continuing the Service would pose a safety risk to any person or animal.
Where a booking is terminated early under this clause, the cancellation terms in Clause 11 apply, and G'day Paws will make reasonable efforts to notify you and arrange collection of your Pet within a reasonable time.
2. Assumption of Inherent Risks
2.1 You acknowledge that daycare, boarding, and group activities involve dogs interacting in a home-style or group environment, and that brief periods without direct one-to-one supervision may occur as part of normal operations.
2.2 You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of dog socialisation and play — including minor scuffles, scratches, or injury during on-leash or off-leash interaction and supervised water activities — and you consent to your Pet's participation in these activities. This acknowledgment does not affect your rights in Clause 6 where injury results from G'day Paws' negligence.
2.3 G'day Paws will exercise reasonable skill and care in supervising and handling your Pet but cannot guarantee the behaviour of any animal or eliminate all risk of incident.
3. Liability — Release, Limitation, and Your Rights
3.1 General Release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release G'day Paws and its staff from claims arising from loss, damage, injury, or death connected with your Pet's participation in the Services, except as set out in Clause 3.2 below.
3.2 What This Release Does Not Cover. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits G'day Paws' liability for:
- Death or personal injury to any person caused by G'day Paws' negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- Any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under Singapore law, including the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
3.3 Limitation for Other Loss. Subject to Clause 3.2, where loss or damage (including injury to or death of your Pet, or property damage) arises from G'day Paws' negligence, G'day Paws' total liability to you is limited to the fees paid for the specific booking during which the incident occurred.
3.4 No Liability for Unavoidable Incidents. G'day Paws is not liable for loss, injury, or death arising from inherent risks disclosed in Clause 2, or from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided G'day Paws exercised reasonable care.
3.5 Consequential Loss. G'day Paws is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as loss of income or loss of enjoyment), except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
4. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold G'day Paws harmless against any claims, costs, or liability arising from:
- Injury caused by your Pet to staff, other animals, or third parties;
- Damage caused by your Pet to G'day Paws' property, facilities, or the property of staff or other clients; or
- Your breach of this Agreement or provision of inaccurate information under Clause 1.1–1.3.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent any claim arises from G'day Paws' own negligence or wilful misconduct.
5. Medical Emergencies and Veterinary Authorisation
5.1 If your Pet requires emergency veterinary care and you cannot be reached within a reasonable time using the emergency contact details you provided, you authorise G'day Paws to secure necessary veterinary treatment at a clinic of its reasonable choice (preferably your nominated vet, where practical).
5.2 G'day Paws will act promptly and in your Pet's best interests, and will attempt to contact you and/or your emergency contact as soon as reasonably possible.
5.3 You agree to reimburse G'day Paws for all veterinary costs incurred under this clause without further authorisation; costs above this amount will require your consent where time permits.
5.4 You must provide current emergency contact details and your regular veterinarian's contact information before your Pet's first visit, and keep these updated.
6. Transport Services
Where you engage G'day Paws for pet transport:
6.1 Your Pet will be secured using an appropriate harness, crate or restraint suited to its size and temperament during transit.
6.2 G'day Paws will take reasonable care to plan routes and timing but is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. You will be notified of material delays where practical.
6.3 You must ensure your Pet is fit to travel and disclose any relevant medical conditions (e.g., motion sickness, anxiety) prior to transport.
6.4 Liability for incidents occurring during transport is governed by Clause 3 above.
7. Financial Responsibility and Property Damage
7.1 You are responsible for costs arising from injury your Pet causes to staff, other animals, or third parties, and for damage your Pet causes to G'day Paws' facility or property, except to the extent caused by G'day Paws' negligence.
7.2 You agree not to hold G'day Paws liable for injuries your Pet sustains from another dog, provided G'day Paws exercised reasonable supervision and care in line with Clause 2.
7.3 Personal Items. G'day Paws will take reasonable care of any leash, bed, toy, food, or other item left with your Pet, but is not liable for loss of or damage to personal items, except where caused by G'day Paws' negligence.
8. Payment, Deposits, and Cancellations
8.1 Fees. Current rates for daycare, boarding, and transport are available on our pricing page and are payable as set out at booking.
8.2 Deposit. A deposit of [amount / percentage to be confirmed] may be required to confirm a boarding or daycare booking, to be applied against the total fee.
8.3 Cancellations.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund (or deposit refund, where applicable).
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time may be subject to forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee of [amount / percentage to be confirmed], at G'day Paws' discretion.
- No-shows may be charged the full booking fee.
8.4 G'day Paws reserves the right to adjust these terms for exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) on a case-by-case basis.
9. Photography, Media, and Marketing
9.1 You grant G'day Paws a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use photographs and videos of your Pet taken during the Services for G'day Paws' website, social media, and marketing purposes.
9.2 If any image includes an identifiable photo of you or another person, we will only use it with that person's separate consent.
9.3 You may withdraw this consent at any time by notifying G'day Paws in writing at pets@gdaypaws.com; this will not affect content already published before your request.
10. Personal Data Protection
10.1 G'day Paws collects and handles personal data (including your contact details and your Pet's information) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
10.2 Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of providing and administering the Services, emergency contact, and (where consented) marketing, and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent except where required by law or necessary to provide the Services (e.g., a veterinary clinic in an emergency).
10.3 Data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law.

11. Force Majeure
G'day Paws is not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health measures, or similar events. G'day Paws will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and work with you on rescheduling or refunds where appropriate.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and G'day Paws regarding the Services and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements on the subject.
12.2 Variation. G'day Paws may update this Agreement from time to time; the version in effect at the time of each booking applies. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated date.
12.3 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
12.4 No Waiver. A failure by G'day Paws to enforce any provision does not waive its right to do so later.
12.5 Assignment. You may not assign this Agreement without G'day Paws' consent. G'day Paws may assign this Agreement in connection with a transfer of its business.
12.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally; disputes within its jurisdictional limits may be brought before the Singapore Small Claims Tribunal, and all other disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
13. Acknowledgement and Acceptance
13.1 This Agreement is accepted electronically. By clicking the “I Agree” button on the inquiry form, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement in full, including the release and limitation of liability in Clause 3, and you agree to be bound by its terms.
13.2 Your acceptance is recorded together with your name, the date and time of acceptance, and the booking to which it relates. This record constitutes evidence of your agreement to these terms and is retained by G'day Paws in accordance with Clause 10.
13.3 You may request a copy of the version of this Agreement you accepted at any time by contacting pets@gdaypaws.com.
13.4 Booking or using the Services is conditional on acceptance of this Agreement — you will not be able to proceed without clicking “I Agree.”
